Our story
A neighborhood kitchen, run like one.
Cafe Raymond has fed the Strip District since 2008. The room fills the same way every morning: regulars at the counter, families at the long tables, and plates that come out the way people remember them.
Almost everything comes out of our own kitchen. The ciabatta and focaccia are baked in house. The salmon is cured and smoked in house. The brisket is smoked in house. The dressings and sauces are made to the same recipes, morning after morning.
In 2026, the same kitchen comes to Brownsville Road in Brentwood. Same recipes, same standards, a second neighborhood.
